[OSM-talk] Another use of OSM data

Came across another use of OSM data just now (on the Map Room blog):
At:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:London_Underground_Zone_1_with_s

Part of a wikipedia copyright-free maps of tube network at:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/London_Underground_geographic_maps
Is all London tube network in place in OSM (I would have thought so but
haven't looked)?
If not can any of this be ported (haven't even had time to look at
licence)?
