Of course not!  If we had, would you take responsibility for 
taking care of and answering the incoming reports?  If there was a 
feedback form and nobody ever acted on the reports, how do you 
think that would be perceived?  The wiki approach, encouraging 
users to "fix it yourself" is our strongest advantage.  It will 
keep complaints down because people will blame themselves for not 
contributing rather than blaming us for errors and omissions.

We could forward that address to your personal mailbox.

That is a business, which OSM is not.  Many of us are businessmen 
and could fulfill that role.  OSM could provide a business 
directory.  That could be a simple wiki page.
