[OSM-talk] uploading files

I completely agree that OSM isnt suited for begginers at all.  I've been 
using this for almost 6 months, and there are still things I struggle to 
understand.  Me, an idoit? maybe, but I think I am no exception.

As a solution I made a mock up of what i would call a begininers guide.  I 
want to press on, and make a really really simple guide to getting started, 
but lack of comments made me stop.

There is a lot missing, but its a start.  Maybe I'll post in relation to the 
opening page graphic thing with relevence to this.
