[OSM-talk] Front page design

There appears to be 100% support for Richards approach, perhaps with one or
two minor tweaks but essentially as he originally displayed it.
Has anyone though about writing the basic html for it? I'm assuming
Richards's original was just a graphical mock-up?
This is something we can implement now (subject to someone uploading to the
live machine). There is no need to wait for the rails implementation, albeit
that some of the clever code that needs to feed in to keep it up to date
will need to be prepared. In the first instance though a static version
would suffice for the next few weeks so long as the calendar info was
updated when required.
Cheers
Andy
