Im not happy to see there the organisation "Open Street Map" in the "licence".
I know a foundation in Germay, wich was once founded to suport some kind of
action; but now in the executive committee are some people how did not do
their job. The charter of this foundation was changed: No one could join
without okay from the executive committee. If this happens to Open Steetmap,
I want to be albe to took the data and start a new service perhabs called
"Realy Open Streetmap" :-). My lines for a licence would be:

- The data is freely available for any use.

- If you publish something which was created with help of this data , you must
publish the data (which was under this licence before) you used, under this
licence. You are allowed to take the publish costs for this source data.
