[OSM-talk] Tracks, Byways, Footways, Bridleways, Rivers....!?

Would it be posible to make some sort of tagging system, even if that 
doesn't currently do anything. So a track might be:

highway=Track
::Tracktype=Grade1/5
Accsess=Byway/Bridleway/Footway/None
Permissive=Yes/No
Gated=Yes/Offset/No
::Locked=Yes/No

(Offset being when there are gates/barriers, but also cattlegrids, or 
tarmack to one side)

This would allow all combinations I think...

I need to get somee information down, case otherwise I'll start making 
errors where Ive rememebered it wrong.  Next time its sunny, I'll try 
getting some photo examples, because then they can be stuck next to the tags 
in the wiki as a simple example.
