Hmmm... some days I think BY would be best, other days I think that SA is
best. I can see benefits and drawbacks with any license that might be an
option. I don't think making our own license would really solve anything -
we'd still be required to make some decisions (which we are not very well
organised to do).

interesting and vaguely relevant.
