The original DAFIF runway data file (ARPT/RWY.TXT) contains the two end
points of the runway so you can use this as a direct answer if you have
it.
I wrote a script to convert DAFIF airport and runwat data to OSM but
I've never uploaded it to SVN since no one has provided a clear 'ok' as
to the legal status of using the data. Perhaps it would be ok provided
we included a suitable source tag?
