Umm, actually it is a lot less international-friendly. Motorway at
least gives a clue as to what it is. crossing=toucan sounds to me like
a place where a certain species of bird is likely to cross (similar to
how "deer crossing", "frog crossing", "duck crossing" is often marked
around here).
