[OSM-talk] RFC : bicycle rental networks

More and more cities offer a bicycle rental service, using stations 
where you can pick up and drop off bikes.

Please comment this proposal for tagging those stations :

Note : The official website for this service in Paris (launched one 
month ago) use Google API.

It probably exist, but I never saw a printed map of station locations.
