[OSM-talk] RFC : bicycle rental networks

just a comment. Wiki seems fine.

I've only seen one of these in Bern, Switzerland, and along with
bicycles there were also skateboards and scooters I seem to recall. It
was housed in a portacabin structure in the middle of a road.
