On the wiki 'track' is defined as:

"unpaved/unsealed roads for agricultural use; gravel roads in the forest etc."

I use unclassified for any non-residential road that isn't classified as 
something higher (secondary/primary/trunk/motorway), that isn't a useful 
through-route, that is properly surfaced and that isn't just a service road.

So that covers most little one lane rural roads.
