Yeah, the opening sentence on the wiki is a very bad joke,  
particularly when you then go on to the actual page about "Using  
OpenStreetMap"  
(http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Using_OpenStreetMap):

"For legal restrictions on the OSM data, see the OpenStreetMap License  
and Legal FAQ."

Hang on, didn't we just say that _other_ maps are the ones with "legal  
restrictions"?
