I tried to change it using a command line java tool I wrote and it 
fails too. I gave up and uploaded an version with strict ASCII (7-
bit characters) and that works, my apologies to those who know that 
area and name. So I think it might be something serverside that 
breaks that particular way or name. Beats me why.
