If you are able to define URL like connection to your proxy you may
specifie that in
.josm directory, in file preferences variable is now set like
osm-server.url=http://www.openstreetmap.org/api

My too :) ... so I dont upload track, I also think that uploading only
GPS track (GPX) file doesnt have sance at all, because my eye so
