[OSM-talk] Things-To-Do Wiki Page

I'd personally be happy to see this sort of thing on a trac 'enhancement'
ticket. How are we going to differentiate the new page from the tasks
listed on developer [1], the numerous tickets in Trac (which is a mess),
wiki improvements [2] and the variuos other places that suggestions hide in
on the wiki?
