I produced the printed Cambridge map via Illustrator, but it wasn't
straightforward. The problem is that Illustrator doesn't handle text
direction properly when opening SVG directly. So what I did was open the SVG
in Inkscape and save as EPS, then open the EPS in Illustrator.
