I *believe* JOSM will do this (Frederik?). I used it correct where
I'd repeatedly used a misspelled autocompleted tag (higway -->
highway) though have not gone back explicitly checked it worked and
did not mung the value.
Do a search for 'newforest_pathtype' and then make the required
changed in the Attributes box where it says
newforest_pathtype = <different>
