Yes, remember that - just wondered if the way things were done had changed 
since 0.4.Not sure if a crossdomain.xml was uploaded to OSM in the end 
though.

Basically a specific set of options for different rights of way and other 
types of countryside path, as well as a few things to make it easier for 
walkers. For example walkers could note down waypoints where a footpath 
becomes a bridleway, etc, then they could upload these waypoints (with 
notes) and when they load the editor the waypoints could appear with notes 
alongside them.

Also the ability for walkers to add annotations such as directions ("turn 
left in this field", etc) which would perhaps be more appropriate stored 
in the Freemap database rather than OSM.
