I'm working with a different project that has such a wiki wish list, and 
it's doesn't work pretty well. Mostly because Mr. "anonymous" adds an 
idea noone understands and cannot be addressed for further questions. 
Another problem is that most ideas have to be discussed before they can 
be implemented (if ever) - but a longer discussion makes this wiki page 
"unreadable".

We have the trac system to suggest enhancements - this is working much 
better in the long run IMHO.
