I thought the TRAC system was for bug reports?

The OSM wiki has pages for new tag ideas.  Each new idea has its own 
page with a description, discussion and action pages.

I trying not to be a developer, but I see so many things where the 
wheel was reinvented, especially with the user interface.  I would 
like to simply suggest a few ideas.

Will posting them here get adequate notice that they may get acted on?
