[OSM-talk] highway=gate

So likewise, if you get to a road that is blocked by bollards or other
traffic calming measures, is the best thing to do to use a node to
show the blocking?  I put in a very short way yesterday, thinking that
a node would be incorrect as it infers a tolopological connection, and
because the feature was linear.  Is this a case for motorcar=no;
cycle=yes ?
