[OSM-talk] Parking symbols: YUCK!

Hey, lets get back to basics here.
landuse=parking means exactly that. An area of land used for parking. It
makes no statement either way about whether its public or private. Its just
a bit of land where cars are parked.
IMHO landuse=parking on its own should *not* generate a P symbol.
