Oxford, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds have as many mappers as anywhere  
in Britain, and such things as Mapnik, Potlatch and npemap.org.uk hail  
from our county - but we didn't have a mailing list.

Now Mike Collinson has kindly set one up. The address is
