[OSM-talk] New media for trailing mapper/driver

Hi,

There is an interesting report of new trends in Japanese media.
I wanna share it.

It said that many driver, who have camera on board with their car,
shared their driving sight video on Niko-Niko Doga, similar service with
YouTube, or Ustream live video.

It is quite interesting and inspired me to think how we can link these
videos and our map?

They have already started to share their live location on GoogleMap.

If we can share videos and their location on our map with its Route,
it may make many viewers/drivers enjoyable.
IMHO, it can become an improved StreetView!

At least I can say, with this movement, a number of GPS logger holder is
increasing rapidly in Japan. It is chance for us, japan mappers, to
promote OSM!
