Don't add source:ele=SRTM. You don't know the original source. It's very
likely more accurate than the approximation provided by SRTM. But most
importantly, manually added ele tags are most likely relative to the
national zero level. E.g. there is a 2.33m difference between the German
Normall-Null and the Belgian TAW
