[OSM-talk] OSM registrations by County

Has anyone a way of finding how many people in county of Kent (UK) are registered with OSM, please?

A friend is writing piece for a local magazine to encourage take up in the county and wanted to be able to quote the number of existing mappers (yeh I know they don't all map who register).
