[OSM-talk] Improving ref=* documentation

Hello François,

Without reading the proposal yet, which I will for sure do the coming days,

have you considered using Wikidata instead of ref=* for linking the 
databases ? Based on the situation you sketch in this mail the perfect 
open solution for that.
