[OSM-talk] [Automated Edits] sloped_curb -> kerb

Hello,

In 2008, a proposal was made for the key amenity=sloped_curb (now gone)
[1] and sloped_curb=* [2] to describe kerbs.
The proposal was abandoned and this info use the kerb=*.

I propose a mechanical edit to convert the remaining occurrences in
order to facilitate the use of these data and the coherence of the schema.
To do so, I collected all the values having a known meaning,
which I put on the wiki page to complete the documentation.
I also wrote to several contributors using non-obvious values, some of
them have started themselves to improve the objects concerned.
