[OSM-talk] Country names rules on OSM main page vary for some styles

I suspect that the other styles are using Natural Earth (
https://www.naturalearthdata.com/) as their data when rendering low-zoom
tiles. If you inspect the Natural Earth dataset, it is where you can see a
top-level administrative entity with name = "USNB Guantanamo Bay".
