[OSM-talk] Dubious osm.org translations on translatewiki

Just as a data point the user in question has asked to be a translator 
for a quite wide rage of languages for Vespucci, which seemed rather 
dubious (very different language families) and I haven't accepted the 
offer for that reason. No ill will implied though, it could simply be 
that they don't understand that we are expecting the translators to be 
native speakers.
