[OSM-talk] Dubious osm.org translations on translatewiki

Has anyone reached out to this user to advise limiting to translating languages
where they are native speaker or at least an expert?

(piling on would not help, but someone explaining this carefully would be likely a 
good idea to prevent further damage)
