Hello Emil,
Even for something first looking as simple as that, this is worth having a look and follow
wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct
Keep in mind that if someone has linked to an inappropriate image, you'll be the user fixing the link ;-)
