[OSM-talk] Proposed bot edit: remove "surface=no data" and other useless surface values

 Can we have HOT fix the data, as there's other issues with the tags used.

It would be nice but realistically it will never happen.

I agree removing them will stop newbies copying these errors so on balance
I think it is a good idea.
