[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] process blocked after planet_osm_roads is indexed (#174)

The errors are occurring after osm2pgsql has finished its work and when PostgreSQL is indexing.

What is your hardware in more detail? RAM and IO speed are particularly important.

What is the command line you used?
