I just looked at my upload queue (uploadable directory) and the oldest
not uploaded zips have a timestamp that is 15 hours into the past at the
moment. About 75% of the zips in the queue are older than 6 hours and
I've only been running tiles at home for about 24 hours now. The way I see
it, currently the 6 hour limit only adds to the congestion, because
clients can't upload in time and the job gets readded to the server's
outgoing task queue.
