The uploaded queue (blue) only drops temporarily to some lower number and is usually full (ca 250), as soon as waiting clients notice (waiting times increase exponentially) that there is some capacity they start uploading and everything is full pretty soon again. I am pretty certain that we have more client rendering capacity than server uploading.
