[Tilesathome] Inkscape and Windows (was: stalling tiles at home: Download doesn't work)

Hello,
thank you, now the download works. But now I have the next problem. I
tried several versions of Inkscape, but none seems to export a correct
png file. Some versions (0.45.1-1, 0.43-2) don't create any file and
then GD reports an error while trying to split the file.
Other versions create a completely black file which generates an error
message of the script.
Inkscape is called with this arguments:
C:\Programme\Inkscape\inkscape -w 256 -h 256
--export-area=0.000000:0.000000:878.900000:878.061801
--export-png=c:\temp\2708.png_part c:\temp\output-2708-z12.svg
When I enter this at the command prompt, I get the same results. The
SVG file exists and seems to be ok.
Any idea whats wrong? Is anybody successful in running tiles at home under windows?
Kind regards
Jürgen
