I tested it and the rendering still looks weird, the last part of every
street doesn't get the same dashing as the rest. I don't know enough
about css to understand why this happens, hopefully 80n has a clue...

In my quick test these looked to work just fine, if you split this out
in a separate patch I'd probably apply it after looking it over a
little more carefully.
