I have one possibility why this could be failing. For large, complex tilesets the tahclient split it up into multiple .zip files.
This would lead to the upload of incomplete tileset uploads which would lead to such a behavior.
We had that upload limit for 2 reasons I think: 1) PHP couldn't handle more. 2) some people were behind crappy proxies.
1) is not valid anymore, we can handle any upload size on the server now. 2) is a problem, but not one that I can solve now.
I have therefore removed the ZiphardLimit setting from the tah client in SVN. People need to upload complete tilesets in one zip file for now (until the server can handle the modification of partial tilesets). I would appreciate if someone would render such a complex tileset and see if the resulting .zip file is bigger than the ZipHardLimit and is being split in multiple zip files.
Thanks.
