There is no client version check yet on the new server, I am still negotiating with deelkar on whether we can't use a number based client version rather than city names (which could stay for human prettyness), so I don't have to maintain a list of client names server-side.
If he really uploads broken tilesets, I can always disable his user ID.
But (and this is different from the old server), I have his OSM email now and sent him a mail.
beldin, could you please make sure your client uploads correct tiles? Thanks.
