[Tilesathome] how to render smaler tildeset's?

For the user name to be shown on a render request add a 'user=' to the 
url, for example I start informationfreeway with the following url:
http://www.informationfreeway.org/?user=rcr
This results in all subsequent render requests being submitted with  a 
user name of 'rcr'.
Note that this is not validated against osm in any way it just provides 
more information as to who is requesting stuff on the various tah 
request pages like the following one:
http://server.tah.openstreetmap.org/Request/show/

rcr
