[GraphHopper] Bicycle navigation on separate cycleways

Hallo,

I was wondering how one can improve the mapping in case of cycleways that
run parallel to the main road. Those cycleways were originally tagged as
cycleway=track on the main road. As we add more detail to OSM, people start
to draw them as separate lines. There is no indication whether it is
possible to cross the (main) road at all times. This is the case when the
cycleway is just on the kerb, without physical barrier, such as an hedge or
ditch.

Are there ideas to tackle this problem ? A tag "street_can_be_crossed" on
the cycleway ?

Another problem is that those cycleways have no name, while it would be
nice that the name of the street would taken. The might be solved with the
Lübeck scheme that uses the street-relation to bring all parts together.
