[Imports] [Talk-ca] [Import] Ottawa Buildings & Addresses [Statistics Canada project]

The building footprints that exists in this dataset is collected from
aerial 10cm imagery.

The data collection process does not involve taking un-confirmed
architectural plans from the owners.

Typically there's a 6 months delay from the time the house is finished
being built to being digitized at the City of Ottawa.

Many Ottawa residential developments are physically built, but there isn't
imagery nor building footprints, the only data that exists would be the
address point from the property parcel.
