[OSM-legal-talk] RAND Corporation license violation

Hahhaha. Take note I guess.

My opinion is that "non active" violations of the license are not that
important (in contrast with the Waze and Google Maps Colombia cases),
specially if in practice you can still download the document and do whatever
you want with it. But I still want to know about those violations.

Also if someone has enough time (I don't) and energy, maybe he/she can send
a well written message or call the "Copyright Clearance Center" mentioned in
the pop-up, asking them to correct the attribution for the map.

(BTW I'm a 100% not chinese :P).
