[Osmf-talk] Handling OSMF finances going forward

The FOSSGIS example is one which unfortunately does not show proper
segregation of duties. I would be happy to advise the new board on
governance (both financial and non-financial), since I have a background in
accountancy & controlling. If there are other osmf members with
professional experience in accountancy & controlling, let me know.
