How would you define leisure=practice_pitch in general? I assume many 
OSM pitches are used only for practice/training. For example, 
sport+equestrian + leisure=pitch is currently often used for round pens, 
lungeing areas and sometimes added to horse_walker's.

Will these have to be retagged to leisure=practice_pitch?

For what is tennis=wall needed? Woudn't leisure=practice_pitch + 
sport=tennis be clear enough? (You can map the building=wall separately 
as a detail) It sounds strange as a subcategory of sport=tennis; 
tennis=wall_tennis would be more appropriate IMHO.

Someone looking for places to play tennis will likely search for "sport 
= tennis" in general and then find both tag combinations. Perhapy this 
could be avoided by better using something like:

practice:sport=tennis + leisure=*
or
practice_only:sport=tennis + leisure=*

Such a prefix could also be used for all kinds of sports, if it makes sense.
