[Tagging] pressurized=* on pipelines

How verifiable is this tag in practice? Most infrastructure laying around
doesn't have visible gauges. Half the examples so far are hydrostatic which
arguably applies to anything holding any depth of fluid.
I think this runs the risk of tagging speculation except in rare cases.
Should this be limited to situations with warning signs about "contents
under pressure" etc.?
