[Tagging] Turn lane indications vs turn restrictions

Agreed that the left-turn arrow may or may not include u-turn. That
depends on jurisdiction. But I presumed that a straight-on arrow means
exactly that, in particular, if on the right lane, excludes right-turn. I
asked my original question because I use arrows on satellite images for
armchair mapping.
