[OSM-talk-be] How to tag schools? An attempt to create a (belgian) tagging scheme

Thanks for trying to sort this out :)
maybe once it's somewhat settled, we need to referenced that in the few
pages speaking about school :)

- ok for the school:* 👌
- ok for the numbers although they are still, relatively low compared to
kindergarten. Just the fact that it's not continuous with the rest of the
curriculum, and that would make me prefer the school=elementary.
also it seems to me that it's somewhat ambiguous; and thus... how do you
determine if the mapper choose as described in this page vs described in
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:school for example?
and the EN wiki state :  "for children up to the age of formal (often
mandatory) school education",  I would argue that the first two year of the
elementary school are somewhat formal and the 3rd IS mandatory, so it would
not qualify for this...
